• Debrief sales appointments with technicians.
• Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
• Weekly coaching based on sales reports.
• Excellent follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
• Mentor and develop technicians including sales processes and upselling.
• Monitor and track sales performance metrics and revise processes accordingly.
• Analyze sales incentive programs.
• Promote cross-selling across departments.
• Evaluate competitors and market trends for leadership review.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs with Technicians and Sales teams to coach tactics.
