This onsite role emphasizes mentorship, sales discipline, and building velocity through coaching, processes, and market alignment, with travel across North Carolina as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in commercial insurance or financial sales, strong leadership and presentation skills, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance, group benefits, or financial sales experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring sales professionals with revenue growth.
• Current insurance licenses are preferred and will be required for the job.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with technology systems such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, recurring development meetings with assigned producers.
• Model and train sales processes from prospecting to onboarding.
• Monitor performance benchmarks and identify growth gaps and training needs.
• Use CRM data to track pipeline, conversion, and retention.
• Lead strategic planning for pipeline growth and market alignment.
• Attend virtual and in-person sales calls with producers.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new producers.
