Chisl, Inc dba Renewal By Andersen - SLC invites applicants with a strong enthusiasm for sales, coaching, and continuous improvement to join our team in Salt Lake City. This is a full-time, benefited, exempt, at-will role with office-based training and field work.

Responsibilities include leading design consultants, training and coaching, ride-alongs, pricing coordination, and cross-department collaboration to enhance customer experience and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance policy, and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Minimum of two years of proven sales management experience; in-home sales experience a plus.
• Planning and goal setting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Decision making & strategic thinking skills.
• Results orientation & ability to provide high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to train, coach and develop others.
• Computer proficiency, including Office 360 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Employment offer contingent on a clean, basic background check.

Responsibilities

• Assign leads to design consultants and ensure appointments are followed up on.
• Review design consultants' schedules monthly and ensure minimum capacity requirements are met.
• Hire new design consultants as needed and train them on sales skills and company policies.
• Provide daily coaching and feedback to design consultants and help them reach goals.
• Conduct ride alongs with design consultants and offer improvement suggestions.
• Work with other department heads to improve the customer life cycle and resolve issues.
• Set and update pricing of products and services in coordination with affiliate ownership.
• Maintain inventory of window and door sample kits for the sales team.
• Train sales team to improve HOS scores (Buyer 85+, Not yet Buyer 70+).
• All other duties as assigned.
