Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and SDR leadership.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Strong systems thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead & coach the SDR team to maximize high-quality appointments.
• Own the SDR pipeline, optimize lead quality and conversions.
• Drive team performance metrics and provide ongoing training.
• Recruit, onboard and train new SDRs for a scalable team.
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, and sales processes.
• Lead weekly SDR training and 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
• Ensure alignment with the SDR playbook and target outcomes.
