RideNow Powersports in Surprise, AZ is seeking a high-performing Sales Floor Manager to lead our showroom sales team, overseeing both new and pre-owned powersports vehicles.

You will coach staff to hit targets, structure deals with F&I, and personally assist in closing complex transactions, while keeping a customer-first focus and ensuring a smooth, profitable sales process.

Weekend availability is required; the role demands standing for long periods and safe handling of motorcycles up to 850 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership sales management experience.
• Strong deal structure, finance products, and compliance knowledge.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for powersports; motorcycle endorsement a plus.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift motorcycles up to 850 lbs.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations for new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process.

What You’ll Do:

• Strategically lead daily showroom operations for both new and pre-owned powersports vehicles, ensuring a seamless and profitable sales process.
• Drive performance metrics by coaching, developing, and holding your sales team accountable to individual and store-wide targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
