Job summary

PJ Fitzpatrick is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee the sales team and drive KPI achievement in the United States. The role includes auditing contracts, scheduling leads for Reps, and driving ongoing training. You will host weekly meetings, conduct coaching sessions, and perform ride-alongs to develop the field team.

The position emphasizes coaching, performance planning, and proactive customer retention strategies to protect long-term contracts and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years experience as a sales manager.
• 3–5 years sales experience.
• Proven track record of positive sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Audit all new sales contracts for accuracy for handoff to production
• Oversee sales schedule and assign issued leads to Sales Reps
• Continued development and training of all Sales Reps
• Host weekly sales meeting
• Host small group training sessions with Sales Reps
• Minimum of 15 ride-alongs per month with Sales Reps for training purposes
• Train and develop Sales Rep coaches/ mentors
• Contact customers who are considering canceling their contract and find solution to save the job
