Responsibilities

• Audit new sales contracts for accuracy and handoff to production.
• Oversee sales schedule and assign leads to Sales Reps.
• Continued development and training of all Sales Reps.
• Host weekly sales meetings and small group trainings.
• Minimum of 15 ride-alongs per month for training.
• Train and develop Sales Rep coaches/mentors.
• Contact customers considering cancelation to find solutions.
