• Demonstrated success developing sales professionals at varying experience levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers.
• Drive team performance to meet and exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
• Conduct regular ride‑alongs and structured coaching sessions.
