Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales management experience required.
• Experience training, coaching and motivating salespeople and sales teams is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; insurance license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed location sales quotas.
• Ensure Sales Counselors follow training manuals and company policies.
• Provide initial and ongoing sales instruction to Sales Counselors.
• Manage Sales Counselors and oversee aftercare processes and customer service.
• Develop marketing programs tailored to local demographics and communities.
• Analyze competitor pricing and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Plan and participate in community events to raise awareness and generate prospects.
• Review pre-need and at-need contracts for HMIS and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports to demonstrate financial controls and budget adherence.
• Maintain marketing materials, training manuals, and sales spaces to project a professional image.
