Job summary

Fischer Homes is seeking a Sales Manager to support and elevate our Sales Counselors, helping them maximize their potential and consistently hit sales targets. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, leveraging strengths to exceed customer expectations and company goals.

You will lead strategies for marketing plans, traffic generation, and continued training, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in new home sales and leadership is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Psychology preferred.
• Ability to travel or relocate to new markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop Sales Counselors to maximize performance.
• Assist Counselors in generating and maximizing new home sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Manage Counseling teams' marketing plans and traffic-generating activities; suggest improvements.
• Provide ongoing education and training to Sales Counselors.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly and yearly basis.
