Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Sales Manager in Gainesville, FL. The role offers an hourly pay range of $15.50 to $16.25 plus incentive pay based on performance, with a broad benefits package.

The Sales Manager will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewals, and ensure showroom merchandise is well maintained and properly priced. Lead a team to meet sales goals while upholding Aaron's brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for US positions; 18+ in Canada.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• DOT certification where required.
• Able to work 9:00 am–8:00 pm; lift up to 50 lbs., up to 300 lbs. assisted.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries if a driver is unavailable.
