Job summary

Aaron’s in Alamogordo, NM is seeking a Sales Manager to lead customer relationships, generate leads, close lease agreements, and help keep showroom merchandise to Aaron’s standards. The role includes overseeing daily store operations and collaborating with the General Manager on sales initiatives.

The position offers an hourly wage of $14.25–$15.00 with incentive pay potential, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old for positions in the United States.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including driving record.
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only).
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. alone and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries if a driver is unavailable.
