You will onboard hires, coach associates, and balance selling with operational excellence while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment for all customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people management skills and ability to develop talent.
