Job summary

Champion Window is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of professionally trained sales representatives. While this is a producing role, your primary responsibility will be daily management of sales activities throughout the territory, conducting meetings and training, and riding with the team on calls.

You will work with the Division Manager to outline strategies for sales and marketing, recruit and develop new reps, and drive accountability for results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a large sales team.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and talent development.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to learn Champion Products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Factory Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales performance goals.
• Actively recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives, ensuring early and sustained success.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field ride-alongs to model best practices and provide constructive coaching.
• Drive a culture of self-generated lead activity, ensuring team members take ownership for creating new opportunities and are held accountable for achieving lead generation expectations.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement individualized development plans to drive improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer-first focus across the team.
• Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce a winning, team-oriented environment.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, customer engagement, and ethical sales practices.
