Farmers District 46 is seeking an insurance sales agent to join our team in Texas. You will leverage your sales skills and industry knowledge to engage clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions that provide peace of mind.

Through our training program, you will become a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses navigate insurance options. We emphasize a positive, collaborative culture, integrity, and customer-centered service.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid property and casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain one) to sell insurance in Texas.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients based on trust and expertise.
• Proactive and driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality.
• Determination to succeed and deliver rewarding outcomes.

Responsibilities
