Home Genius Exteriors in Denver is seeking top-performing sales pros for a Sales Manager in Training track spanning two quarters. You will master our in-home sales system, selling windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors, while proving your ability to lead by example.

Expect an accelerated path to leadership, coaching new representatives, leading team huddles and trainings, and driving culture and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales success in home improvement or similar industries.
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue or close-rate at elite level.
• Experience selling high-ticket products.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and competitive mindset.
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach new sales reps through the two-quarter track.
• Lead by example in in-home sales and drive performance.
• Contribute to the department by leading team huddles, trainings, and meetings.
• Help onboard and develop future top producers.
• Achieve KPI targets and maintain elite closing percentages.

Our Sales Manager in Training role is a 2-quarter track to master our system, prove your results, and step into leadership in a high-growth environment.

2-Quarter Management Track

Quarter 1: Sales Foundation

Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.

• Master our in-home sales system
• Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
• Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
• Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship

Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.

• Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
• Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
• Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
• Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
• Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven sales success within the home improvement or similar industry
• Track record of generating $2M+ in annual revenue and/or maintaining elite closing percentages
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services
• Strong communication, leadership potential, and a competitive mindset
• Desire to grow into sales leadership and build a high-performing team

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150,000–$300,000+ OTE
• Weekly Pay: Competitive commissions paid weekly

Schedule
