Champion Home Builders is seeking a Sales Manager in Training in Texas to join a fast-growing team. You will learn our sales process, promote new and used homes, and drive revenue through lead generation and strategic sales activities.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous sales experience in manufactured/modular housing desired.
• Motivated and capable of leading teams effectively.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote and sell New/Used Homes to prospective clients.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients.
• Reach out to leads and drive marketing-generated prospects.
• Drive leads through your marketing efforts.
• Achieve sales targets and secure appointments.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and supervisors.
• Continuously improve through feedback and training.

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
• Reach out to leads
• Drive Leads through your Marketing efforts
• Achieve sales targets, and appointments
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
• Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training

Skills
