Job summary

Titan Factory Direct is seeking a Sales Manager in Training who is energetic, persuasive, and customer‑focused. This program develops future leaders in the manufactured housing industry.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; you’ll build a career through coaching, paid vacations, and ongoing professional training, with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

You’ll market communities online, assist families in finding homes, and grow into a leadership role with teamwork and accountability.
