Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors seeks a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow the South Carolina sales team. This field-based role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.

Responsibilities include hiring/training reps, conducting ride-alongs, and maintaining a high-performing culture aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• One-call close experience in exterior/interior remodeling.
• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Weekend work is required.

Position: Sales Manager
We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team in our South Carolina Market. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders.
