Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, including high-velocity inbound sales to SMBs or similar customers.
• 3–5+ years leading SDR or inside sales teams with measurable targets.
• Proven success driving One Call Close or short-cycle sales motions with high inbound intent.

Responsibilities

• Own qualified seller acquisition and drive inventory value aligned with business needs.
• Achieve targets for new seller counts and inventory value; manage close rates and velocity.
• Help close deals when needed and ensure disciplined lead stewardship and timely follow-ups.
