Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Executives, Account Leaders and Geo Sales Leaders, driving growth across Core Growth portfolio. You will also serve as Account Leader for select Top End Core accounts, shaping go-to-market strategies and ensuring disciplined execution.

You’ll build strong C-suite relationships, coach the team on sales effectiveness, and help close strategic deals while elevating EY’s brand and client outcomes across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12–15+ years’ current experience with EY or similar strong track record at a Global Professional Services firm.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving performance.
• Experience managing sales executives under a variable sales compensation plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Executive team, accountable for performance and quota attainment.
• Oversee pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and alignment with firm policies.
• Serve as Account Leader for select Top End Core or High Potential Core accounts.
• Build and sustain C-suite relationships and drive executive engagement.
• Lead cross‑service‑line teaming to deliver integrated solutions and grow accounts.
• Coach on sales effectiveness and strategic deal execution to close complex opportunities.
