Job summary

Signarama Laurel, MD is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead a high‑performing sales team. You will manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing, coordinate with design, production, and installation teams, and build lasting client relationships in the signage and visual branding space.

• Experience in sales leadership or business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, outreach, and community involvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet with clients to understand their goals, budgets, timelines, and signage needs.
• Coordinate with design, production, permitting, and installation teams throughout each project.
• Monitor project details to ensure customer expectations, deadlines, and quality standards are met.
• Track sales activity, forecasts, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Coach and support sales team members, where applicable.
