Job summary
Signarama Silver Spring is seeking a Production and Design Specialist to design, produce, and install high-quality signage. You will use software, hand tools, and production machines to craft signs and related products while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities include designing a range of signs, operating laminators, plotters, and saws, and traveling to sites for installations and estimates. The role offers growth within a global signage brand and a collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new design and POS software.
- Strong math and spelling skills.
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
- Design signs including vinyl, digital, and exterior products.
- Operate production equipment like laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers.
- Represent the brand in-store and on-site installations with great customer experience.
- Maintain and organize equipment and workspace.
- Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure seamless production.
