What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work closely with customers in North America to apply the employer's Nutrition portfolio in various food applications
- Proactively engage with customers, providing product specifications and addressing quality issues to drive demand
- Manage customer pipeline and opportunities using a CRM system (Salesforce)
- Facilitate communication between research and commercial teams regarding customer support and product positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development and customer demos
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. Degree; MBA preferred
- 5-7 years of account management experience within the Flavor/Ingredient industry
- Proven ability to assess risk and exercise sound judgment in decision-making
- Strong negotiation and social skills, with knowledge of ingredient sales
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate in group settings
