A family-owned plumbing service in California is looking for a driven Sales Manager / Field Sales Representative to enhance customer relationships and boost sales. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Manager / Field Sales Representative to help us continue building strong relationships and growing our business.

Position Overview

This position blends leadership, customer service, and sales. You’ll work closely with our technicians and management team to ensure every opportunity is maximized — from following up on open estimates to closing larger jobs and expanding our network through relationship-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on open estimates and work to close sales with homeowners and commercial clients.

Act as a “second opinion” to help technicians upsell jobs or confirm recommendations to customers.

Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, property managers, and commercial accounts to generate repeat business.

Support field technicians by assisting with estimates, customer communication, and job coordination.

Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking, community events, and outreach.

Maintain CRM and follow-up systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer touchpoints.

Report performance metrics and contribute to team sales meetings and strategy sessions.
