Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Michigan is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to join the leadership team and drive performance, develop people, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead a team, coach technicians, and manage day-to-day operations while aligning with senior leadership to ensure sales growth, quality service, and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Proven experience in management and sales leadership.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Driving sales growth and profit margins to meet and exceed targets.
• Coaching technicians to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Conducting ride-alongs to mentor and develop team members in real time.
• Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective team performance.

• Delivering ongoing training and development programs.
• Fostering a positive, motivating, and accountable work culture.
• Collaborating closely with leadership to maintain clear communication and operational alignment.
