NorthStar Supply LLC in Palmer, Alaska is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to take ownership of an established customer base and drive growth from inquiry to close. You will be the primary sales contact for contractors, government and commercial customers, both in the office and in the field.

The role includes building relationships, quoting, negotiating within guidelines, visiting sites across Alaska, and coordinating with operations on product availability and delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage an existing book of customers while pursuing new business.
• Willingness to travel within Alaska with a valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: experience in construction materials or related industry (training provided).

• Manage and grow an established book of contractor, government and commercial customers.
• Handle quotes and opportunities through to close; prepare quotes and negotiate pricing.
• Visit customers, prospects and job sites across Alaska; build relationships and pursue new markets.
• Track projects and public bid opportunities; review plans and takeoff quantities.
• Coordinate with operations on product availability and delivery; maintain pipeline activity.
