Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00

KioSoft Technologies LLC. (KioSoft) is a growing hardware/software company providing turnkey custom solutions for the Commercial Laundry, Vending, Coffee, Amusement, Car Wash, and other unattended Payment Industries. KioSoft operates in the United States, Canada, China, Korea, and worldwide through authorized dealers.

The company's strength lies in its ability to offer a comprehensive blend of superior technology and customized software solutions, ranging from basic machine interfaces to complex networking solutions.

We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in the USA.

This role is heavily client-facing, focusing on selling KioSoft products and services across the country. The US office is located in Boynton Beach, FL, but the role involves minimal on-site presence after initial training. The primary client base includes Commercial Laundry Equipment Distributors and laundry facilities.

The territory primarily covers the Northeast and Upper Midwest of the US, with potential coverage extending coast to coast and into parts of Canada. The role requires travel of over 40% annually to conduct in-person meetings and close deals. The ideal candidate will maintain relationships and grow revenue within existing accounts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop new business organically and through referrals.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to engage decision-makers and close sales.
  • Manage long sales cycles effectively.
  • Build and maintain ongoing customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across all stakeholder levels.
  • Communicate the value of KioSoft's products and services to clients.
  • Drive revenue growth and become the preferred solution provider within your market.
  • Assist clients with renewals and contract extensions.
  • Track sales forecasts diligently and provide detailed reports to leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in equipment or enterprise software sales, demonstrating success in achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in commercial laundry sales is preferred.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong networking and business development skills within the assigned market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Effective presentation and writing skills.
  • Good time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with sales teams to sell hardware, software, and services.
  • Willingness to travel at least 40% within North America.
  • College or university degree preferred.
