Formación

• Sales experience or client-facing background is a plus.
• Insurance experience preferred, but not required.
• Proven trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Must be coachable.

• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel.
• Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day-to-day operations.
