About the Sales Manager – Ads Sales:
MarketStar is looking for a Sales Manager to support our newest client in Salt Lake City, a global media and technology brand. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the SDR team and ensuring their success. You will play a pivotal role in providing direction, support, and mentorship to team members, facilitating their professional development and growth. You will also be accountable for monitoring team performance, addressing issues or conflicts, and fostering a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
