Avomind is seeking a Sales Manager to drive adoption of its med-tech portfolio across orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical partners in the US. You will lead revenue growth, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, and coordinate with marketing, product development, and logistics to deliver customer-centric solutions.

You will report to the Global Sales Director and travel up to 70% to build relationships, demonstrate value, and close deals in a dynamic, mission-driven

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in med-tech sales, with orthopaedics or OR tech exposure preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within region.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption of the product portfolio among orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, and surgical partners.
• Drive top line revenue growth in the US.
• Execute full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Collaborate with back office, marketing, product development, quality and logistics teams.
• Report sales performance metrics and forecast effectively.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
