Job summary

Stratix Systems in Wyomissing, PA seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will coach and train staff, develop sales strategies, and leverage a strong Ricoh portfolio.

Some travel within the territory is required; a proven B2B sales record and leadership skills are essential. This role offers an annual bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of B2B sales experience and/or training.
• 3+ years of Outside Sales Management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Proven ability to mentor/coach team members to achieve maximum results.
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned geographic area; valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective leadership.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales staff.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and territory plans.
• Maintain headcount by focusing on retention through development opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence to support calls, presentations and new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure sales results meet or exceed established revenue targets
• Provide leadership through collaborative sharing of knowledge and skill
• Develop, implement and deliver training and coaching to ensure maximum performance, service levels and appropriate sales results are achieved

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with five or more years of B2B sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience of Outside Sales Management experience is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Proven ability to mentor/coach team members in order to achieve maximum results
• Quickly acquire product knowledge and establish relationships with clients
• This position requires daily travel within an assigned geographic area. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current insurance are required
