Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time role based in Willow Street, PA, with the need to travel daily and periodically overnight. The Sales Manager will lead and grow regional and national sales efforts, manage key customer accounts, and develop strong relationships with architects, builders, masons, and developers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. The role will collaborate closely with operations, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure accurate project scoping, pricing, and on-time delivery. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, track performance metrics, support marketing activities such as trade shows or industry events, and provide regular reporting and forecasting to leadership.
