Job summary

Quality Stone Veneer, a family-owned company founded in 1976, is seeking a Sales Manager based in Willow Street, PA. The role requires daily travel and periodic overnight trips as part of growing regional and national sales, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with architects, builders, masons, and developers.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record in sales management or business development, preferably in construction materials, building products, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management, account management, and consultative selling to professional clients such as architects, builders, and developers.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, create forecasts, and develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, manufacturing, installation, and marketing) to deliver turnkey project solutions.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features and installation requirements clearly.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ERP software and standard office tools for reporting, pipeline management, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, with strong self-management and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes or building envelopes is highly beneficial.
  • Daily travel required and overnight travel will be a monthly expectation @ 50%.
  • Minimum of 5 years in sales management leading a team, construction industry preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites, project locations, and industry events

Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time role based in Willow Street, PA, with the need to travel daily and periodically overnight.
