Location: Hyderabad & Secunderabad, Telangana

Our specialized division, featuring brands like KGF, Dovetail, Indura, and Octaprint, focuses on Digitally Printed Home Dcor Products including Wallpapers, Curtains, Window Blinds, Glass Films, and Frames delivering innovative solutions tailored for interior & exterior spaces.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Digital Print, Signage & Home Dcor division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with corporate clients, retail sales outlets, shopping malls, corporate & top-rated institutions, schools & colleges, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers to promote our range of digital interior decor products.

This role demands a motivated, self-driven individual with strong communication skills and a background in sales—especially in the digital printing or interior design sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution
  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target markets.
Client Relationship Management
  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand needs, propose solutions, and explore upselling opportunities.
Sales Process Management
  1. Oversee the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  2. Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.
Reporting & Analytics
  1. Track sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  1. Education: MBA or Graduate in any stream
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in field sales, preferably in the digital printing, interior design, retail, or architectural sectors.
  3. Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  4. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, WhatsApp, and general computer operations.
  5. Transportation: Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  6. Other: Familiarity with the geography of Greater Hyderabad and Telangana.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Proven sales track record in the interior design or digital print industry.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  5. Passion for interior design and visual aesthetics.

  1. Competitive salary based on experience and last drawn CTC.
