Job Title: Sales Manager – East Coast Tri-State Region

Location: Remote (East Coast)

Industry: Chemical Distribution

Job Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to oversee and grow our customer base in the East Coast area. The ideal candidate will have experience in chemical distribution or a related industry, with a strong ability to drive sales, build relationships, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and coatings.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, customer service, and technical support, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM software.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in chemical distribution or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the East Coast Tri-State area.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
