Position Title/Status: Sales Manager – Corporate Multi Location Spas/Franchise Accounts/Exempt
Department: Corporate Sales
Reports to: VP of Sales - Corporate Multi Location Spas/Franchise Accounts
SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position supports the Corporate Multi Location Spas/Franchise Accounts Business Unit with a focus on assigned customer accounts. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, increasing quality revenue, and achieving sales goals. As a Sales Manager, you will be accountable for proactive lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing of sales, and overall account strategy. Other responsibilities will include maintaining regular communication with customers, learning and retaining specific product/brand/equipment knowledge across Universal Companies’ extensive portfolio, and identifying pipeline opportunities to maximize revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Process customer orders via defined channels
Proactively prospect and acquire new accounts
Hands-on management of existing accounts, including multi-location organizations (5+ locations)
Maintain/update Salesforce dashboards, pipelines, and strategies
Identify and cultivate quality leads and nurture them from new and existing customers
Strategize and create a healthy pipeline of opportunities to increase revenue
Prioritize and align activities with quarterly sales goals and initiatives
Properly utilize channels and procedures to ensure accuracy with all transactions
Assist customers with selection of products and services as well as new sales and growth opportunities
Build, strengthen, and maintain customer relationships through networking and consultative sales practices
Present programs and products with confidence and clarity to the client base
Maintain existing customer database with accurate and up-to-date information
Actively participate in ongoing training/education to retain product, brand, and sales tool knowledge
Attend and represent Universal Companies at key tradeshows, customer meetings, trainings, and industry events (industry event experience is a plus)
