Fillback Automotive, part of Fillback Family of Dealerships, is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead a growing team in Southwest Wisconsin. You will train, coach and motivate a sales staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets.

The role emphasizes teamwork across departments, a focus on lifetime loyalty, and top-tier customer service. A proven track record and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Sales Manager experience with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a top performing sales team.
• Ability to facilitate deals throughout the entire lifecycle of the sales process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
