A. J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is seeking in-store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Earn $20/hour + uncapped commission with average earnings $20-$30/hour, plus paid training and weekly pay. Part-time and full-time opportunities available; weekend availability required. • Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers (retail environment).
• Sales or retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
