Green Conception, Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the residential solar and roofing sales efforts. You will manage the sales team, own the pipeline, and ensure revenue targets are met.

You will lead, coach, and support the team, set goals, and drive performance across the full sales cycle. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid San Jose setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a sales team and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in solar, roofing, home services, or similar (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable explaining technical solutions in simple terms.
• Organized and data-driven; able to work with KPIs and forecasts.
• Hybrid setup (office + remote) in San Jose, CA.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
