Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in San Antonio, TX seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead and train its growing water restoration team. You will drive profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with the general manager and office staff.

Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, recruiting teams, managing resources, and providing hands-on training and technical support. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the branch's water restoration department and ensure it is operating profitably and safely.
• Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved.
• Work closely with the hiring manager to recruit and maintain water restoration teams.
• Manage time, material, equipment, and technician resources for water restoration sales and service teams.
• Monitor teams to ensure they are meeting performance standards.
• Provide ongoing field sales and education training.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support wherever needed.
• Coordinate with general manager and office management team.
• Accompany teams to customer sites to observe performance.
• Ensure adherence to strict company and OSHA safety requirements.
• Coach and develop sales & service team using hands-on training methods.
• Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
• Collect monetary payment and move on to the next service call.
• Direct interaction with vulnerable populations such as children or elderly.
• Extensive driving to customer in a timely and professional manner.
• Entering customers' residence providing trustworthy service while solving the problem.

What you need to succeed:

• A valid driver's license.
• 3-5 years of sales management experience.
• Service industry experience is strongly desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
