Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service seeks an experienced service manager to lead and support its growing Phoenix excavation team. You will oversee operations, drive sales, recruit and train staff, and ensure safety and profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage P&L. The company offers comprehensive benefits and flexible schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales management experience.
• Service industry experience is strongly desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• P&L management experience preferred but not required.
• Self-starter who is organized and thorough with attention to detail.

• Accompany teams to customer sites to observe performance.
• Ensure adherence to company and OSHA safety requirements.
• Coach and develop sales and service teams using hands-on training methods.
