The Sales Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process to manage and grow assigned accounts, cultivate and develop new customers, and grow revenue in the targeted product and geographic markets.
The Sales Manager will communicate, sell to, and build relationships with all levels of the customers’ organization including but not limited to personnel in the C-Suite, Executive Level, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing. This role will develop and manage a sales pipeline for existing and new accounts, provide accurate revenue forecasts, and develop / launch a marketing strategy. The person in this role will work independently as well as collaboratively and cross-functionally while being a positive reflection of Ingersoll Rand’s corporate values.
