Job summary

Uline in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of 8-10 field representatives. You will recruit, coach, and develop the sales force, while partnering with national sales and training managers to execute effective strategies and drive growth across the territory.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in sales or sales management, a Bachelor's degree, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% outside AZ.

Phoenix, Arizona Sales Manager Lead a high-performing sales team at one of North America’s top distributors. At Uline, strong customer relationships drive everything we do. As a Sales Manager based in Phoenix, you’ll guide an experienced, fast-growing team, building strategies that help customers find solutions and keep Uline growing strong.

Schedule: Monday and Friday - Uline AZ sales office. Tuesday - Thursday - Sales team visits in the field.

• Recruit, develop and manage a sales team of 8 - 10 field representatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Ability to travel outside AZ up to 50% of the time.
