Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced sales leader to coach and grow an in-home sales team across residential high-ticket solutions. You will lead ride-alongs, role plays, and 1-on-1 coaching to raise close rates and customer satisfaction while protecting margins.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing reps, partnering with ownership to optimize processes, and maintaining a performance-driven culture with strong integrity and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading in-home or high-ticket residential sales teams.
• Strong coaching and accountability skills to drive performance.
• Experience with one-call-close and value-based selling is required.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop in-home sales reps through ride-alongs, role plays, and 1-on-1 coaching

What It Takes

• Proven experience in in-home, one-call-close, or high-ticket residential sales
  
• Sales leadership, management, or training experience; manager or assistant manager experience preferred
  
• Background in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, solar, HVAC, or a similar industry
  
• Strong coaching and accountability skills
  
• Ability to develop reps while maintaining a positive, performance-driven culture
  
• High integrity and a strong customer experience mindset
  
• Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role
