Job summary

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Sales Representatives, reviewing performance, and ensuring objectives are met. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Home Improvement Sales and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience, ideally within a 1-Day Concept environment.
• Preferred: 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent business development, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including iPad presentations and electronic contract systems.

• Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team.
• Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside another representative.
• Assist representatives in homes during the closing process.
• Regularly review performance results and take necessary steps.
• Complete cancel-save appointments to keep potential sales on track.
• Work with the rehash manager to revisit homes and close sales.
• Prepare and lead ongoing training meetings.
• Set clear expectations based on company objectives.

As the In-Home Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving growth by building and inspiring a team of motivated In-Home Sales Representatives. Job Responsibilities

• Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team.
