What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the US market (Los Angeles or New York).
Identify, engage, and close new business with agencies and direct brands.
Build strong relationships with agency buyers, planners, and brand-side marketers.
Promote our platform’s AI-enhanced video advertising capabilities and performance-first approach.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and client success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Provide regular sales pipeline updates and industry insights.
Stay ahead of industry trends, client needs, and competitive activity.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience selling AdTech solutions to agencies and direct clients.
Strong understanding of video advertising, CTV, OTT, and programmatic platforms.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Based in Los Angeles or NYC, with a strong network of agency and brand contacts.
Self-driven, relationship-focused, and highly organized.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a remote/hybrid role.
Experience working in international environments or fast-scaling organizations.
Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and advanced data-driven marketing strategies.
Genuine passion for digital media, video advertising, and delivering measurable
performance.
