We are launching Optapex, a proprietary AI-powered optimization platform, developed by our headquarters.Optapex helps advertisers on Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart maximize ROAS, automate bidding, and manage campaigns with predictive intelligence and real-time analytics. We are actively hiring a U.S.-based Senior Enterprise Sales Manager with Amazon marketing advertisement experience, lead market entry, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to lead the U.S. market expansion of Optapex, LG CNS’s AI-powered advertising optimization platform. This role will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while developing key partnerships, managing contracts, attending industry events, and shaping the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of Amazon.com, e-commerce, a proven track record in B2B SaaS or AdTech sales, and the leadership skills to help build our North American sales function. This is a unique opportunity to create and drive high-impact growth at the intersection of AI, digital commerce, and global enterprise innovation within a global brand

Key Responsibilities:

§Own and drive end-to-end B2B sales efforts within the Amazon.com ecosystem in the U.S. for Optapex

§Build a revenue pipeline, identify target accounts, and execute GTM strategy

§Conduct consultative selling to align Optapex’s solutions with customer needs

§Deliver compelling demos, proposals, and negotiations that lead to closed deals

2. Team Leadership & Organizational Development

§Help shape the U.S. business development team as the market grows

§Mentor future hires and contribute to the development of a scalable sales playbook

§Collaborate with HQ and U.S.-based leadership to localize sales operations and structure

§Contribute to internal documentation and process improvement for North American sales execution

3. Partnership Development & Contract Management

§Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, agencies, and strategic accounts

§Manage contracts and commercial agreements, working closely with legal and finance teams

§Establish win-win terms that support long-term customer and partner success

§Track renewal timelines and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing contracts

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

§Partner with Client Success, Product, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering teams

§Serve as a feedback loop to HQ product and R&D teams to inform U.S. market requirements

§Attend relevant industry events and represent LG CNS in digital commerce forums

Qualifications & Experience:

§15+ years of enterprise software or AdTech/MarTech sales experience (SaaS preferred)

§Proven success closing deals with e-commerce brands, Amazon sellers, or CPG advertisers

§Strong understanding of marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, etc.)

§Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

§Leadership ability, ideally with experience mentoring junior sales or SDRs

§Familiarity with digital KPIs such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, and attribution models

§Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM

Target Market Focus:

§Mid- to large-size Amazon sellers, D2C e-commerce brands, and digital agencies

§Companies currently using or evaluating platforms like Pacvue, Teikametrics, Flywheel Digital, Quartile, or Skai

§Competitive base salary + Performance-based bonus
