Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to drive revenue and lead a small sales team of up to two representatives. You will balance your own active pipeline with mentoring your team, delivering high-quality signage solutions to clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, work directly with clients to assess their visual needs using Illustrator, and develop strategies to grow the customer base and unlock uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to handle design files and client proofs.
• Previous sales or operational experience within the signage industry.
• Capable leadership skills suited for a small, focused environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $41,600 per year
  
• Commission: Uncapped. Your earning potential is driven entirely by your own sales performance and your team's success.
