Job summary

FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock in Nashville is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to drive revenue and lead a small sales team of up to two representatives. You will balance your own active sales pipeline with mentoring your team to deliver high-quality signage solutions.

You will manage the full sales cycle, work directly with clients, and utilize Adobe Illustrator to review or mock up design files, aiming to grow the customer base with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

• Base Salary: $41,600 per year
• Commission: Uncapped. Your earning potential is driven entirely by your own sales performance and your team's success.
