Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to drive revenue and lead a tight-knit sales team of 1–2 representatives. You will balance your own active pipeline with mentoring the team while delivering high‑quality signage solutions to our clients.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, train the team to hit targets, and work with clients to assess visual needs, reviewing or mocking up design files in Illustrator.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to handle design files and client proofs.
• Experience in signage industry is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills suited for a small team.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals (Required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator to handle design files and client proofs (Required).
• Previous sales or operational experience within the signage industry (Highly Preferred).
• Capable leadership skills suited for a small, focused environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $41,600 per year
• Commission: Uncapped. Your earning potential is driven entirely by your own sales performance and your team's success.
